A short explination below.

Why would I do this? I myself am a product of Easter Seals. I was born with severe club feet and other birth defects. Easter Seals covered all of my needed operations when I was young. Doctors told my mother I'd never walk and I would be dependent my entire life but, Easters Seals Doctors stepped in and through a series of operations and nearly 21 yrs of physical therapy I was able to live a normal life. Most of you have seen the movie Forest Gump. Well, the beginning when he's running in his braces and they fall apart, I laugh when I see that because I wore those same heavy steel and leather braces for 12 years and they did that often when playing sports. Mine were just below the knees. I grew up in Warren, Michigan and the Macomb county Easter Seals chapter took care of me. Hawaii has been my home for most of my adult life and the islands beauty has allowed me to make a living in photography so, I feel its only right to give something back. This island is far from any large population and any and all charity help is needed for disabled children.

But, it can only work with your help. Not only do you get one of my stunning photographs, your also are helping the children of Hawaii with every purchase.

I've been photographing and hiking the lava flows continuously longer then any other photographer. I've hiked 1000's of miles to capture what Pele has to offer. Not bad for someone who wasn't supposed to walk .

You see what I saw. No manipulation in photoshop. My motto is "Live To Shoot Another Day". I'm not out there to die.
